Training Course on the Use of IBA Techniques to Analyze Atmospheric Aerosols, in Amman, Jordan, from 20-24 November 2016.

The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) is organizing the above-mentioned  training course within the framework of the Regional TC Project RAS/0/076 "Investigating Atmospheric Particulate Metter and Pollution Source Contributions in Urban Environments Using  Nuclear Analytical Techniques (ARASIA)" in Amman, Jordan ,From 20-24 November 2016

The purpose of the course  is to provide theoretical knowledge and build experimental capacity and skills in the utilization of different Ion Beam Analysis techniques such as the particle induced X-ray emission (PIXE) and Rutherford backscattering spectrometry (RBS) for the Elemental compositional analysis of air particulate matter (APM) samples.
